Review at Dear Author

I’m over at Dear Author with a review of Blind Date With a Werewolf by Patricia Briggs. Fantastic novel told in five short stories featuring one of my favourite wolves – Asil.

Illustrated cover in dark maroon and purple tones featuring a close up of a section of a pretty white woman's face with sparkling purpole eyes and maroon hair, partially obscured by a maroon coloured werewolf/wolf with golden eyes. She is holding a sharp knife which is visible in front and to the right of the wolf and there are also purple/black roses in full bloom scattered around the cover.

I’m over at Dear Author with a review of Winter Lost by Patricia Briggs. While not the strongest book in the series, nonetheless, a welcome return to the Mercyverse. It kept me engrossed and there’s lots of Adam and Mercy together so yay.

Image of a Native American woman wearing a dark tank top and holding a lyre covered in frost. The lyre has a wolf or dog's head at either end at the top and the bottom bit has a woman's face in the middle to decorate. The background is a snowy night sky.

I’m over at Dear Author with a review of Soul Taken by Patricia Briggs. Some loose threads and some sequel bait but also a tightly plotted and spook mystery with Adam and Mercy working closely together which is definitely my jam.

Photo realistic illustration of a Native American woman (head and upper torso only) with tattoos on her bare arms (she's wearing a tank top), carrying a sickle in a a wheatfield at night. She has her eyes closed and her face tipped up slightly.

Way back in March I was over at Dear Author with a review of Wild Sign by Patricia Briggs but I forgot to post the link here. Bad Kaetrin! Better late than never I say!

I had deeply conflicted feelings about this one. (Note all of the CWs – there are a lot.)
