I’m over at Dear Author with a review of Sailor’s Delight by Rose Lerner. Lots to like in this m/m romance between a navy agent and a sailing master set at Rosh Hashanah.

I’m over at AudioGals with a review of Tough Luck by Annabeth Albert, narrated by Kirt Graves. Even though this is a bodyguard romance, it’s light on suspense and fits firmly into the contemporary romance category.
I’m over at AudioGals with a review of The Secret Life of Albert Entwistle by Matt Cain, narrated by Simon Vance. Quiet and gentle second chance romance for gentlemen “of a certain age”.
I’m over at AudioGals with a review of Best Man by Lily Morton, narrated by Joel Leslie. Fun and sexy age-gap mm romance – nothing too heavy here.
I’m over at AudioGals with a review of Roommate by Sarina Bowen, narrated by Teddy Hamilton & Stephen Dexter. Teddy Hamilton is always a pleasure to listen to and Sarina Bowen once again doesn’t fail me. The narration by Stephen Dexter was a little less successful but overall, a win. Recommend.
Present Tense by Jordan Castillo Price – B At only around 30 pages, this short story is a cute palate-cleanser and another fun entry in The ABCs of Spellcraft series. I don’t expect it will make any sense to those who have not read the earlier stories but for fans of the series (like me) it was a delightful little snippet. There’s no mystery to be solved in this one; it’s a short set at Christmas, focused on the last minute Christmas gift dilemma people who suddenly find out they are expected to give a gift to someone (when they didn’t know beforehand for good reason) and it has the usual quirky whimsical humour of the series. It was cute and sweet and I enjoyed checking in on Dixon and Yuri. It’s only 99c so those who have read the earlier books can pick this one up cheap.
