Review at Dear Author

I’m over at Dear Author with a review of How to Help a Hungry Werewolf by Charlotte Stein. Funny and sexy story with delightful worldbuilding.

Illustrated cover which looks more like a painting than a cartoon, featuring a white couple against a field (maybe a cornfield?) backdrop. He is wearing a red and white checked shirt and has dark hair and a beard and is very tall. She is pretty, plus-sized and is wearing a green t shirt and denim overalls. She is stirring a cauldron with a large wooden spoon. A raccoon looks on.

I’m over at Dear Author with a review of Wished by Sarah Ready, narrated by Amanda Ronconi & Will Watt.  I got a little confused by the ending.

Purple and light blue illustrated cover featuring a chateau/castle on a lake. The left side is a reflection of the right side and in the middle a white man is carrying a white woman in his arms, their heads close together.

I’m over at Dear Author with a review of The Other Bridget by Rachael Johns. I’m so happy this one has been released worldwide – it deserves a larger audience.

Pink cover with titles at the top, a long thin line of colour books in the background around a third of the way up the cover. In the foreground stands a red-haired woman, hip-cocked, in jeans and a black tank top, on either side of her and back from her, each facing slightly away from her, stand two men, one is wearing a black suit, the other is in jeans and a green top, they both have their arms folded.

US/Worldwide Cover

Mostly white cover with author's name in large gold letters at the top, at the bottom of the cover is a bench with a row of colourful books lined up behind it, a guy sits at either end of the bench, one is drinking a coffee and the other is reading and a woman with bunny ears on and her face buried in a book, with a coffee next to her, is in the middle.

Australia/New Zealand cover

I’m over at Dear Author with a review of The Christmas You Found Me by Sarah Morgenthaler. A bit of a tearjerker but it ends well. I wouldn’t steer you wrong!

Illustrated cover showing three white people in winter clothes, a man in a blue jacket and pale scarf holding the hand of little girl in a pink unicorn beanie and a green jacket who is in turn holding the hand of a woman wearing a pink jacket and earmuffs. They are walking between two Christmas trees down a path cleared of snow, toward a two storey wooden cabin/house.

I’m over at Dear Author with a review of Sunshine and Spice by Aurora Palit. Fake relationship between two South Asian Canadians, one who longs to understand a culture she wasn’t raised in and the other who is trying to escape it.

Illustrated cover with a red background, featuring a South Asian woman in thetop right and a South Asian man in the lower left, generally looking toward one another, with the title in the centre, with a peacock feather design around each person.

Review at Dear Author

I’m over at Dear Author with a review of Worst Case Scenario by TJ Newman. Terrifying thriller about a commercial airliner crashing into a nuclear power plant.

A commercial airliner plunges straight down, breaking apart and on fire, "Worst Case" is above the plane and "Scenario" and the author's name is below the plane, the lettering in large fiery orange/red font.
